Imagine if we encouraged our Youth
with an indomitable Love for Truth.
And how to be Courageously Strong,
rather than fear of all that is wrong.
Truly Knowing that they are Blessed,
and still thus if woefully distressed.
This Light of Life upon all bestowed;
may it so sustain each Unique Ode.
The many terrible perils of conformity,
don’t end at the dullness of uniformity.
Should curiosity lead you another way,
old relations will hastily fall into decay.
An obstacle to be given its proper due;
the risk is never realising a unique you.
Yet this need not be cause for despair;
lessons learned make one truly aware.
“I would, if it wasn’t for…”
This invisible prison door;
harboured fear at its core.
No start or a midway quit,
every aversion to commit;
a fruition is denied permit.
Awaiting the perfect time,
that might never be mine;
paradigm paralysis prime.
Ignorance is terrible poison for a Soul;
the antidote is Truth taken as a whole.
Even the sweetest of lie-induced bliss,
can not remain in the presence of this.
Any real integrity one aims at growing,
asks for commitment to true knowing.
If our reality is courageously revealed,
needless suffering may yet be healed.
In a time of deciet easy yields no ease;
false comfort provides no inner peace.
The solace must be of a different kind:
the awakening of a true warrior’s mind.
Courage to defy a sanity fog so dense;
Serenity to meet Life beyond pretense.
Truth is unyieldingly at war with the lie,
and thus the true devotees live and die.
Behind and beyond every shore,
a story that is mine and your:
Primal in all ancient lore,
exististing evermore;
a wide open door
direct to Core.
What we long for
is the way to restore
what our hearts implore:
Courage to Life truly explore.
The invitation to profundly soar!
May all experience rejuvenating rest,
so to meet life with revigorated zest.
To have loved ones steadily abreast;
by friends, ever the welcomed guest.
To know a communion truly blessed,
and receive courage to face any test.
To always seek to bring out the best,
and ever invite gratitude to manifest.
Ever alluring to escape the calling of life;
one often rife with doubt, woe and strife.
And yet, joy may also cause eyes to tear;
beyond fear, something true awaits near.
While purpose may appear hard to know,
if we grow, the unwinding path will show.
So hear anew the beating ancestral drum;
love’s hum echoes what we may become.
Courage is to still dare to speak and sing,
when anxiety swells the throat like a bee sting.
Courage is to sustain deep respect for life,
even in times when it appears only rife with strife.
Courage is to bear the integrity of the wise;
no less so when truth is accused of being lies.
Courage is a choice that requires to be made,
often in defiance of all considerations weighed.

Many are the unformed paths that lay ahead;
Raw potential shaped by the way we thread.
The fearful routes offer the promise of dimished resistance,
At the price of an even less meaningful existence.
The roads less travelled call to the brave at heart;
A journey where peril and growth are never far apart.
Life deeply yearns for our wilful participation,
Awaiting our choices with great anticipation.
