It can become worse of course;
pure potential is vast at source.
Still, fearful anticipation of fear,
only serves to make all unclear.
And surely it can get better too,
by choice of what is right to do.
If we lift the veil upon the mind,
there is Freedom of a true kind.
Essentiality at risk of being lost,
as we seek equality at any cost.
If we are forced to be the same,
the unique spirit emerges tame.
Without the capacity for seeing,
the ever innate value of a being.
While measured and restrained,
may true humanity be retained?
Escape from Responsibility;
the grand exercise in futility.
In the web of lies we weave,
it is ourself we truly deceive.
As the ‘my freedom’ illusion;
a union forged in confusion.
Our shared plight is aligned;
we’re all deeply intertwined.
Only a way for all to be Free
protects the right to Liberty.
The Golden Rule is apophatically true:
Do not commit against another being,
what you wouldn’t want done to you;
a perspective shift that’s truly freeing.
By refusing to give power to violence,
the suffering isn’t further propagated.
“No” shatters the paralysis of silence;
Love for sanctity of Life is reinstated.
Friendship is antithesis to service by lip;
the friend valued above the relationship.
A wholehearted aim for each to be free,
by illuminating blind spots we don’t see.
“Tell me truth, but only the way I want it”
is for such a communion utmostly unfit.
If we realize what is ultimately our best,
we may meet life in a way truly blessed.
Asking for Truth is to request real eyes,
unveiling even the most wonderful lies.
To surrender something believed dear;
a trial to overcome one’s greatest fear.
Convergence of reality and perception;
an informed interception of deception.
And so end pretense with persistence,
embracing the raw grace of existence.
May we all use communication wisely;
most impeccably and aimed precisely.
In defiance of the mindless gossiping;
end self-gratification and ego-tripping.
A complimentary principle, like giving,
and how to be truly open to receiving.
Error correction mastery sets all free;
as we believe, so we behave and see.
Life wants you and me to be free;
freedom is the great truth peak.
Life wants you and me to be;
essences presences seek.
Life wants you and me;
every song is unique.
And to deeply see
Life’s mystique.
